"Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we are going to make a shrimp creole. The moment we have been waiting for is putting together this really great shrimp creole. Here we have our nice hot rice I just like to put a couple of big spoonfuls into a bowl just like that, you can use more if you like. Then we'll grab our wonderful creole sauce with the big plump shrimp in there, look at this this is beautiful. Put this right over the top I like more of the sauce too it's a wonderful sauce. If you like can add a little parsley as a nice garnish since we really didn't add a lot of cayenne to it you can also add Tabasco if you like or any other type of hot sauce. This is just wonderful with it so bon a petite."
