"Hi this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we are going to make some lobster pot pie. Now we are going to make a little mixture, a little crumble thing to put on top of the lobster. We are going to start off with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Now I have some plain bread crumbs here. I probably don't want to use the Italian style just regular would be fine. Just go ahead and put that into a bowl cause we are going to put this over the lobster. So you are going to see how that is done. Then I like to have a generous portion of grated Parmesan cheese on here to. It is going to really really add color to it a lot of flavor. So just add plenty of that and then just go ahead and mix that in. This is going to be your topping for this beautiful lobster dish. "
