"Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we are going to make a shrimp creole. So we have our vegetables going with our roux. It smells really good nutty flavor and what we want to do next is to add some tomato sauce. We have been cooking our mixture for about five minutes here. It doesn't really have to get cooked through but it just gives them a nice soft, we want to add our eight ounces of tomato sauce. You can hear that beautiful sizzle and then what you want to do you can use a wooden spoon on this but go ahead and mix that through and make sure it gets all on your veggies and to the bottom of the pan. It's sort of that orange color all of the greens and you see how thick that gets almost right away."
