"Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we are going to make a shrimp creole. Now I'm going to give you the ingredients and the recipe for shrimp creole. You are going to need about a pound and a half of shrimp you want to use the 21-25 count (peeled and devein), a cup of vegetable oil, 1/3 cup of flour, 1/3 cup of diced onions, 1/2 cup of dice bell peppers, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 cup of tomato sauce, 1/2 cup of dice tomatoes, 1/4 cup stock or chicken stock, 1/2 cup of dice green onions, 1/4 cup chop parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
