"Hi this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we are going to make some lobster pot pie. Now we have our lobsters out and let them cool just a little bit. Now here is where we want to split them and I will show you how to do that. So you want to turn them over so it is easier to cut then doing this way. So go ahead and lay out the tail. I like to start about mid way through and go ahead and cut down this direction. We want to go right down the middle. Just like that. Then we want to go this direction. So just right in there and then we can open this up. We are going to do this to the other lobster as well. You see a lot of this green now that is tamale that is the liver and a lot of people consider that a delicacy. "
