"Hi this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we are going to make some lobster pot pie. Now we have had our lobster cooked for 4-5 minutes. We want to go ahead and take them out. Beautiful California lobsters! You can see these don't have claws like the Eastern lobsters do. But more tail meat so I prefer this. Grab your other lobster out of there, drain that a little bit. Look how beautiful that is that is bright red. Wonderful, wonderful. So we have these 2 right there on your cutting board. You can move your water out of the way and now we are going to prepare to split these and I would show you how to do that in just a moment. "
