"Hi this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we are going to make some lobster pot pie. Okay now we are going to start preparing the lobsters. We have about 3-4 quarts of water in a pan. I'm going to add about a tablespoon or 2 of salt to the water. A little bit more. We want to bring this to a boil. So we want the pan to accommodate a couple of like a pound in half of lobsters. "
