"Hi, this is Richard Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make stuffed shells. I just want to talk a little bit about cost. Now realize I made this sauce on another video here for Expert Village homemade. You can buy the jar sauce but it is not going to be as good. I promise you it will not. On the old video that I have made one of the first videos that I have made on how to make sauce that made about 20 bucks for that sauce. But look at it, it serves an army, it is a big big pot and that included sauce. It also included with the meatballs and it made for army. As for as this stuffed shells, again it was about 15 bucks for ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, and our mozzarella cheese and I say 15 dollars under depending on where you live. In the country you can make a big healthy tray just like this of stuffed shells. Make this it is fun and it is fast and I'm telling you everyone loves stuffed shells. Go out and make it and come back we are just going to talk a little bit about storage here on Expert Village stuffed shells."
