"Hi! I'm Rachel for Expert Village. For our oatmeal bars, we're going to need 1 1/4 cup of whole wheat flour, 1 cup of oats, a cup of dark brown sugar, half a cup of shredded coconut, one egg, 1/3 cup of oil, one teaspoon of vanilla extract, half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of baking soda. For our topping, I'm going to use sunflower seeds, walnuts, cut almonds, and pumpkin seeds. You can use for the topping chocolate chips if you wish. To the recipe you can add 1 1/2 cup of peanut butter or a half cup of wheat. It all makes the oat bar better and tastier. "
