"Okay now we're going to move on, and we're actually going to juice. We have Clementine oranges, some squash, spinach, and some apple. Now again, these are only just preferences, you can choose whatever you'd like if you just want some regular oranges or grapefruit, it's really up to you. You know if you're juicing sometimes things can get stuck, it normally goes right through. Again, I should just put something else behind it, and it should be fine. I got some yellow squash here. All really good stuff. A little bit of spinach. The spinach gives it a little bit of a bite. But again, superfood, really really good for you. It is the one food that I actually use on a regular basis is spinach. Alright that's going to be about it. So we got our squash, spinach, apple, and orange juice. Again, a serving's about a half a cup. You can do a full up, it's really up to you. And that is our juice."
