"Okay, were ready to bake our Baked Alaska. We are going to remove it from the freezer and just for ease I put it on the bottom of a spring form pan. We are going to place it in our 500 degree oven bottom shelf. Let it bake for 2 to 3 minutes. You want to keep an eye on it. You want it to get nice broil to it. You want the edges and the top to get a nice caramel color. So it will take about 2 to 3 minutes. You don't want to leave it in too long or you will have melted ice cream."
