Video Transcript

"Hi, this is Ben Hardy with Expert Village. Now we are going to cut our celery for our bean dip. We are going to take our knife and always make sure you wash your vegetables before preparing them. First, you want to go ahead and take the flowery end of the celery off. Throw that away. Cut off the bottom pieces, throw those away. Now you got 2 nice large sticks of celery. Go ahead and cut those in half and then you have 4 pieces. Go ahead and take each piece and turn it over to the d area. You see it makes a d. Cut those in half. Make sure you are always keeping your fingers curled up that way you do not hurt yourself. Now you have beautiful sticks for dipping."
