"Hi, this is Ben Hardy with Expert Village. Now we are going to talk about cutting our carrots so we can serve it with the dip. Now usually what I like to do usually with dips is I like to make 2 big pieces. I cut them in half. Now you take your big piece and you want to cut it right in the middle to make 2 more pieces. With this one since it is the fatter part of the carrot you can cut in a angle on the top. For one stick and then cut the next stick in half. Alright! Cut in a angle and cut in half. So you get 6 pieces out of that top portion and then you have your smaller end of the carrot. You just cut that one in half, cut that in half and cut that in half. You have 4 and you got 10 sticks per carrot."
