"Hi, this is Ben Hardy with Expert Village. Now we are going to be talking about how to minced our parsley. We need 1 tablespoon to start off with just a little bit of parsley since we only need a tablespoon. I like to use fresh in everything that I do. You don't have to you can use a preminced or chopped parsley. But that is basically what I like to do fresh every time. Now a little trick that I picked up with chopping or mincing or anything that you do with the knife is to curl your fingers in. So you don't accidentally cut yourself. So make sure you always curl them in just make small incisions here. That is a tablespoon of minced parsley."
