"On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Laura Banford and I'm going to show you how to make an updated tuna noodle casserole. Now that we've sauteed our bacon and infused the olive oil with all of that bacony flavor, we're going to clean and slice our onion and get that into the pot. It's very important to have onion in there. I'm going to cut the ends off. Square it so we can get the outer layer right off very very easily. And cut it in half. And we're going to thinly slice the onion. And for this, we can keep it in thin slices. We don't really have to dice it as long as they're very very thin and not too long. And they're not going to be too long because it's a small onion that I've cut in half. Okay, I'm going to break them up a little bit - oh, get this back on. Now I'm going to add our onion, right in that bacon infused olive oil. Get that going. And in the next clip we're going to add our collard greens and our seasonings and start simmering."
