"On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Laura Banford, and I'm going to show you how to make an updated tuna noodle casserole. Where going to make baked collard greens with a little bacon. Collard greens often have either a smoked turkey or some kind of pork product, it gives it a lot of flavor, The ingredients where going to use are this is some center cut, steak center cut bacon. Some whole made chicken stock, salt and pepper. And where going to add, this is a little bit of an Asian twist. It's really going to add a little depth to this recipe. Rice vinegar and a little mirin. Mirin is a sweet cooking seasoning that you could use in place of honey or sugar. We have some extra virgin olive oil. Our collard greens of course. And an onion that where going to dice up. And in the next clip where going to cook our bacon."
