"Hi. This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make Basil Chicken with Curry Coconut Sauce. You're going to need a half a teaspoon for all of your spices except your turmeric and your chili powder. There you're going to need a quarter of a teaspoon. Now I just do it by eye, because I've been making this for about a year. So I'm just going to go right right down the line. You do it with me how you feel best on doing it. So I'm going to go with what I call a small punch of cinnamon, ground nutmeg, cayenne pepper, cardamom, curry powder, cumin, coriander. Wow these spices I'll tell you. You put these spices together, it's unbelievable. Some cloves, some fresh ground pepper, and we're going to put some paprika, very little bit of paprika. And then again a very little bit of chili powder and a very little bit of the turmeric. In the opening clip, I didn't say put salt, but I actually do put salt. You don't have to if you don't want to. I like it. Okay, you're going to just actually, Ooh I tell you, put those spices together alright you're just going to stir them all together and we're going to actually start to marinate our chicken in this. Come back. We're going to marinate our chicken and get it all together."
