"On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Laura Banford and I'm going to show you how to make an updated tuna noodle casserole. Now we're going to assemble our dish. We've cooked our pasta, made our roux, added our milk, and cheese, to make a cheese sauce. Now I have tuna in olive oil. If I had the tuna in water normally, if you'll follow me to the pot here, I would drain it, but in this case, the oil is going to add a lot of flavor so I'm leaving it in. I'm going to stir this into the cheese sauce. That looks really nice. Let's break that up a little. I've already put the noodles in the baking dish so let's just add this cheese sauce to the dish. Now I'm going to stir that around, make sure it coats the noodles really well, like that, and get a little more. I'm just painting the top of the noodles with the sauce. And then an extra nice touch, I'm going to add some cherry tomatoes, which will give it a nice, a lot of color. There we go. And they're going to roast right on top of this dish. That looks pretty and when we come back, we're going to bake our updated tuna noodle casserole."
