About a pound of potatoes, 5 or 6 potatoes, a 1/2 pound of any cheese that you prefer, about 5 tablespoons of butter that would be a little bit more than half of this. 3 cups of milk, about 3 cups of white flour, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, some fresh parsley, about a 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, some nutmeg that is fresh and we would grate it. We are going to make our own bread crumbs so some roasted bread. Then you would need some of these appliances a grater, a cutter this is for the potatoes, a knife, a wooden spoon, a potato peeler. We would also need a blender, a casserole pan for the oven, a pan to cook the sauce and a strainer. "
