"On behalf of Expert Village, I am Laura Banford and I am going to show you how to make an updated Tuna Noodle Casserole. Now I am going to show you the ingredients you will need to make our updated Tuna Noodle Casserole. We are going to need some butter for the roux, some flour and milk; that's 2 percent milk for the roux which is the basis for our sauce. Garlic, shallots or onions. Shallots are a little more delicate. Some aged cheddar cheese, some cherry tomatoes, tuna and this is chunk white meat tuna in olive oil that has more flavor. Then tuna and water and this really nice lemon pepper pasta. It is Pappardelle which is an egg pasta which is a little more rich and has a nice bite to it. It has lemon and pepper in it. It is nice and light and kind of an updated fresh taste as opposed to a traditional dutch egg noodle; so that is very exciting to me. When we come back, we are going to cook our lemon pepper Pappardelle pasta. "
