"On behalf of Expert Village, I am Laura Banford and I am going to show you how to make an updated Tuna Noodle Casserole. Now I am going to show you the equipment you need to make a Tuna Noodle Casserole. They are basic pieces of equipment that I am sure you have in your home. We need a pot with a lid and colander to cook the pasta. We are going to need a skillet to make our roux, sauté our onions and garlic and make our roux. We have a sturdy chef's knife and a paring knife. A whisk because we have to whisk the flour into the butter to make the roux and incorporate it and that is a good way to do it. A nice spatula to get all of the delicious sauce out of the pan and into the casserole. Tongs useful in any cooking project and a casserole dish that is going to take all the ingredients for our Tuna Noodle Casserole and do right into the oven.
