"Hi, this is Leah Schaefer on behalf of Expert Village and today I’m going to show you how to cook with a Dutch oven. Okay, so we’re going to get about a tablespoon of butter and that’s what we’re going to use to sauté the garlic, and we’ll pop it in the skillet and put it close to medium and let that melt. While it’s melting we’ll go back and go ahead and chop up the garlic. Use the back of your knife to crush it, that’s the easiest way to peel it, just pop it out, looks good, cut off the end, move that out of the way. So the same thing here, okay and now we’ll just mince it up. Okay and as you work your knife through it just put it back in little piles, go through it again and then repeat. Make sure that when you are chopping anything this small, that when you clear, clear off the side of your knife too, because pieces are going to stay on it. Okay, turn it again, okay and that looks good. "
