"Hi, this is Leah Schaefer on behalf of Expert Village and today I’m going to show you how to cook with a Dutch oven. Okay, we’re going to go ahead and wash up the potatoes now and potatoes get really, really nasty with dirt and grime so you’ve got to scrub them really, really good. I like to use warm water and just take my hands and rub it over. I’m going to run it under to water, probably a minute or so for each potato, because I really want to make sure that they are clean. We’re not going to peel them, so we’re using every part of them including the skins so we want to make sure that the skin is really clean. You can also buy one of those little brushes that are used to clean them; I think my fingers do just fine so. Okay, that one looks good, move onto the next one. You can adjust how many potatoes are being used depending on how many people you are feeding. For me, I think four will be good; I’ll serve probably four people or so with this. A little bit more, okay, we’ll do this with all the potatoes. "
