"Hi, this is Leah Schaefer on behalf of Expert Village and today I’m going to show you how to cook with a Dutch oven. So now I’m going to show you the ingredients that we’re going to use in our main dish in the Dutch oven. Again we’re going to cook this in the kitchen, we’re not going to do it outside, we’re going to be practical kind of for the everyday person. So this is a Ham and Potato Cheese Au Gratin. So the first thing we have of course is our trusty cast iron Dutch oven, and oil so that nothing sticks. We have some milk, ham, shredded cheese, I use cheddar, you can use whatever kind you like. We have garlic, we’re going to flavor it with some yellow mustard powder, cracked black pepper, sea salt and some cayenne red pepper, some water, little bit of flour to make a roué, bread crumbs, and potatoes. "
