"Hi, this is Leah Schaefer on behalf of Expert Village and today I’m going to show you how to cook with a Dutch oven. So now we’re going to go ahead and sift together some powdered sugar, milk and vanilla to make a glaze. So I have my sifter and I have about one and a quarter cups. I’m just going to go ahead and sift that, this will remove any of the lumps, you need to do this because you’re making a glaze and you want it to be smooth. And you’ll just do this with all the sugar. Okay, so we have about four teaspoons of milk that we’re going to add, just stir it, this is going to make the glaze that we are going to drizzle over the top. We’ll also add the vanilla, this is about a half a teaspoon and if the glaze is too thick, we’ll add some more milk to it. We just want to be safe and start off with the four teaspoons because you can’t really take milk out, you’d have to sift more powdered sugar and it’s easier to just add more milk. Okay, so it looks like this is still a little thick so we will add just a little bit more milk, that’s about a half a teaspoon at a time. We’ll add maybe about another half teaspoon and we’ll keep stirring this until it gets the right consistency that we’re going to be able to drizzle a little of this over the top and that actually looks really good. "
