"Hi, this is Leah Schaefer on behalf of Expert Village and today I’m going to show you how to cook with a Dutch oven. So our fifteen minutes have gone by, we’ll go ahead and take it out, and we’ll check it and this is probably the point where we are going to cover it. And that looks great, you’ll see that it is more than doubled in size and it’s starting to come right up to the top. The sugar and the cinnamon and the brown sugar is really starting to get that nice sticky consistency. Okay, that looks great, now we’ll go ahead and pop the lid on it just to make sure it doesn’t burn and also to kind of keep it from rising out of the Dutch oven. Set the time for fifteen more minutes, okay and we’ll go ahead and put it back into the oven for the fifteen remaining minutes. Okay and our final fifteen minutes is up and we’re going to go ahead and take it out of the oven, and we’ll check it to see if it is ready, and it is, it’s perfect, you’ll see it’s starting to pull away from the sides, that’s why we do a good job of oiling it well, we want to make sure it doesn’t stick and the only other thing we’ll have to do is take it out of here and put it on a platter and we’ll decorate it.
