"Hi, this is Leah Schaefer on behalf of Expert Village and today I’m going to show you how to cook with a Dutch oven. So you’ve sprinkled the pecans on it and we’re ready to let it rise. What we’re going to do is just pop the lid on. Now if you’re one of those people who’s just lucky enough to have the vents that are on the ground, putting it on a heating vent, you know on the floor is a great warm place. My house, I’m not lucky enough so what we've, I’ve done is I just turn on the oven to warm, wait for a few minutes, wait till it preheats to warm and turned it back off. So now my oven is going to be just warm enough where it’s not going to cook it but it’s going to warm it up and let it rise. So we’ll just pop it in the oven. Again any warm spot you have, where it’s not going to cook but it’ll at least stay warm and activate the yeast will be good. And I’m going to turn on my timer for about thirty minutes and we’ll check it after that. "
