"Hi, this is Leah Schaefer on behalf of Expert Village and today I’m going to show you how to cook with a Dutch oven. Now we’re going to chop up some pecans to put on top before we let the dough rise. So I’ve just got this little very unsophisticated chopping device, you can use a knife if you like. Put it on there and press it down to chop it up. These don’t have to be real fine you need it a little bit coarse, just however you like your pecans. Okay, take them out and shove them around and chop them up again. Okay, see if they’re done and that looks good. Okay, I’m just going to take them, that’s about half a cup or so and we’ll just sprinkle them over the top, just sprinkle it evenly, any spots you miss we’ll just smooth it out with our hands, okay. Now if you really, really, really like pecans you can put more but a half a cup is perfect for me though. And that looks good. "
