"Hi, this is Leah Schaefer on behalf of Expert Village and today I’m going to show you how to cook with a Dutch oven. So now I’m going to make the topping that we’re going to roll each roll of bread into. So we’ve got about half a cup of brown sugar, you can use dark if you like but I usually use light. I just like the taste of it better, I think it’s a little lighter. About the same amount, about a half a cup of coarse sugar, okay, and about two teaspoons or so of cinnamon and we’ll just take our hands and mix it together. Get all the clumps out of the brown sugar and it’s going to make a really good sticky coating. And just continue to break up all the clumps, and as we’re doing that it’s going to mix it all together.
