"Hi, this is Leah Schaefer on behalf of Expert Village and today I’m going to show you how to cook with a Dutch oven. Okay, so I’ve let the frozen loaves of bread thaw in the refrigerator overnight so now they’re thawed, we just have to flatten them and then we’re going to cut them, so I’m just going to use my hands to flatten them a little bit. You don’t have to get them real flat, but just flat enough, to right about there that looks good. And we’ll do it with the second one. Again, each of these are a pound, okay. We’re going to cut them each into four pieces, so one, two, three, and four. We’ll do the same here, and we’ll use these pieces to roll into ropes. "
