"Hi, this is Leah Schaefer on behalf of Expert Village and today I’m going to show you how to cook with a Dutch oven. So we’re going to go ahead and flour the surface that when we’re ready to roll out the dough to make the long ropes, it’ll be all ready. We want to make sure that it’s not going to stick. Now I don’t want to put, you know a big glob down anywhere but I just want to kind of sprinkle it along and if there is any spots where it is missing I’ll just spread it out with my hand. We just want to make sure that it doesn’t stick. So the logs of dough that we are going to do are going to be about eighteen inches long so we want to make sure that we get enough flour to roll it out that long. And that looks good and we’ll just spread it out a little bit now, pick it up, okay. That looks good. "
