"This is Peggy Charlton for Expert Village on how to make great yeast rolls. There we go, there's our bread. I'm going to kind of knead it a little bit. Now, of course we are not going to take this whole thing, we're going to put a little bit off and we're going to actually roll it out. I don't need this anymore. Okay, so I said you can double, triple the recipe, quadruple it but this is just one recipe and actually I'm not used to this I usually make them 4 dozens at a time or 3. If it sticks like it's doing here, give a little bit more flour and put in on the rolling pin, get it on there good cause it'll help you. So I'm going to roll out this, if it breaks off like that don't worry about it, just kind of re-roll it."
