"This is Peggy Charlton for Expert Village on how to make great yeast rolls. We've already put our ingredients together and we've had about 2 1/2 hours of it rising in the refrigerator so we're going to do our second process now. I get out the batter and it's nice rising some and the first thing I'm going to do is flier my table or cabinet or whatever and also put some flour on my rolling pin. Now, I have already pregreased my muffin tins, so you just grease it with the Crisco your muffin tins prior to this."
