"This is Peggy Charlton for Expert Village on how to make great yeast rolls. Then I'm going to put this in the refrigerator and I'm going to cover it or put foil on it just with a cloth. I will be leaving it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. It's okay if you leave it longer than that it's not a problem I found over the years cause I made this so many times. One time I had to leave it all night and it was okay but it's best to just to leave it a few hours if you are scheduled. So you put it in the refrigerator leave it there. "
