"This is Peggy Charlton for Expert Village on how to make great yeast rolls. It's very important that you stir it really well before you're going to put it in the refrigerator. It's good to use a wooden spoon, this is the best type of thing, it's really good at getting it really stirred up well. Get around the sides, get all that flour in there. Toward the end it may require a little strength so you might want to get your macho man of the house or teenager to come help you stir, because if you're a weak one like me it gets a little bit hard to stir there. We have washed hands of course and I will just kind of knead it all together before I cover it."
