"This is Peggy Charlton for Expert Village on how to make great yeast rolls. Then I will be pouring my water over this and mixing it really well. You need to make sure that you take care of, you have 5 minutes that you need to leave your yeast and put it sitting on top of the water. So I put my yeast in the water 5 minutes before I need it and it will stay there for 5 minutes, then I'm going to stir it real big and put it back in here. So you can time that out when you first start it, if you want to do it that will be fine. You also have 2 eggs, instead of just putting them in there I would put them in a bowl first and use a fork to stir them very well cause you want them nice and stirred."
