"This is Peggy Charlton for Expert Village on how to make great yeast rolls. The next ingredient I'm going to put in is 1 cup of shortening. I personally buy, I don't necessarily buy the name high brand of shortening, because I found that my rolls are just as good with the cheaper shortening, which I won't mention because I don't want to hurt anyone's business. This is 1 cup of vegetable shortening I'm going to put in my bowl, be sure and get it out. Then salt, 2 teaspoons of salt you always want to put your salt in. There's one, two!"
