"This is Peggy Charlton for Expert Village on how to make great yeast rolls. I have an 18 year old daughter who has been eating these since she was born practically and she's always liked me to make them a little sweater. So I would say that for just one recipe of this not doubling or tripling it, it calls for 3/4 cup sugar, it would probably just be fine to put 1 cup in if you want them a little sweater, which is what I'm going to do today. Okay, I put my 1 cup of sugar in, I'm going to go ahead at this time and start boiling my water which is a good time to do it. It's a good time to put your water on before you even start. I use just a tea kettle, you can use a pan, whatever is convenient. You're only going to need about a cup for one recipe."
