"This is Peggy Charlton for Expert Village on how to make great yeast rolls. They're actually called easy refrigerator rolls, but I've always just called them yeast rolls. But those are the ingredients that you will need and I'm going to actually begin the process at this time. The first thing you need to do is place your sugar, shortening and salt in a large bowl. You need to get a pretty large bowl for this. This recipe makes about 18 rolls but I have doubled, tripled and quadrupled it many times for the larger crowd I have and I've made 100 rolls before and usually you take this recipe and do it four times it will make about 100 rolls depending on how large you make them. So the first thing we do is we're going to place our sugar, shortening and salt in a large bowl. So we need 3/4 cups of sugar."
