"Hi! This is Richard Buccola of New York City and on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm going to show you some twice baked potatoes. Alright, we are back and I just want to show you how amazing these are going to be. Make sure you wear your hot mitt. It's going to be very hot. You don't want to get burned. This is a hot casserole dish. Usually I would just put something like this on the stove, but for filming today, I just want to show you how amazing these look and how cheesy they are. Look at that. The cheese ran right to the bottom. Right down to the bottom of it. They're going to be too hot to serve like this so you don't want to serve them just yet. This is a meal in itself. Look at this cheese. Look at that. Look how nice that is. That is beautiful. I'm telling you, you're going to eat that up and you're going to say man I made these and they were worth it. That's what sometimes cooking is about. It's going the extra mile because it's simply worth it because it tastes so good. Look how good it looks. I know a few of you wrote in and said watching the videos that the food looks so good that you wanted to go out and make it right away. Go out and make these. These are fun. These are good midnight snacks even. You're watching movies, instead of popcorn, pop these in. These are great. Kids love them. They're easy to make. Come back. I'm just going to storage cost and I'm going to try it too. I just want it to cool down a little bit. It's twice baked potatoes here on Expert Village."
