"Hi! This is Richard Buccola of New York City and on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm going to show you some twice baked potatoes. Next thing you want to do is come over here and get your potatoes. You got you potatoes and what you're going to do is take out a big heaping amount and grab your potato. Don't be afraid. Hold it and just fill it nice. Look this. Look how nice this is going to look and be. This is going to be so good. Don't be afraid. If it comes out of the top that's what you want. Place it in like that. Look how pretty that is. Put it back in your casserole dish. You don't have to put any oil or coatings. When I come back I'm going to stuff all of these and show you. I'll over stuff them and make them really high in topping size. When I come back, let's get these all in our potatoes, show you how to top them off and get them in the oven so that you can have these at your dinner tonight. Twice baked potatoes here on Expert Village."
