Add Sour Cream & Salt to Twice Baked Potatoes Recipe

"Hi! This is Richard Buccola of New York City and on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm going to show you some twice baked potatoes. A little way to get them to be a little bit creamier is jus to add a tablespoon or two of sour cream. You want a nice heaping amount of sour cream. One to two tablespoons. Again, I eye ball it. Besides that we're going to take a splash of milk. You can use half and half, but with the sour cream I just use milk. A good splash. A little dab will do you. Eye balling everything again. Don't go over extremes. You never want to taste too much of one thing out of the other, and you definitely don't want to put too milk in this or it'll be too watery. Again, just a splash. You can always add more later if we didn't put enough in. I love fresh pepper in this. Again, we're going to give it a nice amount of fresh pepper going around a couple of times. We're going to put in some fresh salt, sea salt. Going around again a couple times with the fresh sea salt, which is nice. Then we're going to put in a little bit of parsley flakes. That's it. That's our mix. When I come back we're going to start mixing it up together. You'll taste it and see if it needs a little bit of something. You'll be able to tell. You want to be able to taste a little bit of everything in there. A hint of everything. It shouldn't be too over powering. Get back. We're going to start mixing these up and adding our cheese and putting them back in. Twice baked potatoes here on Expert Village."
