"Hi! This is Richard Buccola of New York City and on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm going to show you some twice baked potatoes. Okay, I just wanted to show you. I just did 4. You can do as many as you're eating. I hollowed them out where you still have the shell of the potato intact very nicely. I gave a call to my aunt and she said you throw away the hood because you're going to put nice cheese on the top to get them nice. You don't need the caps. I wasn't sure because I haven't made them in a while, but I know I could always make them. Coming back you. We got the tip right there that definitely you take the hoods off and throw them away. I did scoop out the stuff and I put all the potato mixture in here. Next thing we're going to do is take about 4 tablespoons of butter, half a stick of butter. We're going to put it right in there. These are going to be nice and creamy. Just go 1, 2, 3, 4 and straight down. Take out your butter and put that right in there. The next thing we're going to do is come back at you while that's starting to melt. We're going to bring our mixer because we need a mixer. You might not have a mixer. You just need a masher or even a fork or a good spoon you can mix these guys up with. We're going to come back. We're going to show you how to chop up this onion here on Expert Village. "
