"Hi! This is Richard Buccola of New York City and on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm going to show you some twice baked potatoes. Alright, you've got your spuds and you need to wash them first. As soon as you get your spuds get them underneath the sink. Just with cold water, give them a good rinse. Once you do that, just keep them back in your bowl here. Set your oven to 350 degrees. All you have to do is take your potatoes then and just put them right on the rack like so. Just like that. Close it. You leave it on the rack for about an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. Remember I told you about the fork. Very simple when you know they're done. I'm going to show you 4 that are done. You're just able to put your knife or your fork, and you see it'll come right out. Once again, in and out. It comes right in and out. No sweat. That's how you know these are done. Take those ones that are done and put them in another bowl. Be careful because they're going to be hot. Don't forget to use your mitt or your towel. Put them in here. When I come back I'm going to start showing you how to cut these and hollowing them out to make twice baked potatoes. "
