"Hi! This is Richard Buccola of New York City and on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm going to show you some twice baked potatoes. You're going to need some utensils. Very Simple. A bowl to put all your mashed potatoes. After you bake them we're going to scoop them out and put them in here with your cheese, butter, sour cream, salt, and pepper. It's all going to go in there and you're going to mix it, so you just need a spoon. A fork just to see when the first time the baked potatoes are done. I like to fork them. You pull the fork through you know they're done. A casserole dish to bake in, a nice cutting butcher's knife. Also, you're going to need your cutting board, and that's it. It's that simple. You're going to put it all back in here, put in your casserole dish, goes in the oven, comes out, and you've got twice baked potatoes. We're going to come at you here on Expert Village and show you just how easy it is to do."
