"Hi! This is Josiah Owen with Expert Village. Now, what we're going to go ahead and do is throw this in the oven on 350 and we're going to cook for about 10-12 minutes. Keep an eye on it just to make sure it's not over-cooking. If it's a bit thin, then it might burn too easily. I've checked on our pizza dough. I'm going to go ahead and put this on a cooling rack so it cools all around. As you can see, the edges started to turn brown. That's how we know it's done. I'm going to let this sit until it completely cools. At that point, we're going to go ahead and add our cream cheese mixture to it, and then our fruit topping. "
