"Hi! This is Josiah Owen with Expert Village. Now we need to get a medium size bowl, and we're going to throw our one cup flour in there and our 1/4 cup confectioner's sugar. Then we're going to add a half a cup of cold butter. Now, if you look on the side, it'll tell you how much you need. Right here, it says a 1/4 pound equals 1/2 cup equals 8 tablespoons, so there's 8 tablespoons in one stick. We're just going to throw this in there and discard the wrapper. It's definitely fun if you have kids. They can do this, but be warned of the mess. This is definitely a fun activity that you can involve your kids with. You just want to keep on going. As you can see, it's starting to break up and make a flaky consistency. You just want to keep on going until that's done. There you go."
