"Hi! This is Josiah Owen with Expert Village. Now we're going to talk about coating our pan with non-stick baking spray. You want to pull this off and give it a quick shake. The reason you want to do this is so your food won't stick to the tray. You want to grab this and just give it a light coating. Depending on what kind of spray you have. This one sprays a nice white coating and then dissipates to a transparent liquid. It's really all you want to do. Make sure you spray it evenly so when you put your food down, you have one little piece that sticks. You do this a lot with cookies. You want to keep the presentation nice and with appetizers like now. You put the food on there and you pull it off, you don't have half of your dough sticking to the pan."
