"Hi! This is Josiah Owen with Expert Village. Now we're going to talk about spreading our crescents with our Dijon mustard. What you want to do is you want to get 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard. Go ahead and put this in a container to the side. What you want to do is go ahead and take a knife or a spatula of some sort. Get some mustard on there and just spread it around. You don't want to go all the way to the edges, because when we wrap them, it'll spill out. Just enough to coat it because we're also going to season this later. The same thing with the next one. Then move on. If you see that one has got a little bit more than it should, you can take some of that off. Like I said, this is just enough to get some flavor in there and for the seasoning to stick to it. Just go to the next one until you get all 8 done. There you have applying your Dijon mustard to your crescents. "
