"Hi! This is Josiah Owen with Expert Village. Now you can see we have 8 crescents now. Now what we're going to do is go ahead and actually cut these in half so we can have 16 appetizers. What you want to do is you want to take a triangle. You want to try to cut it evenly into 2 triangles. You just find a little bit past the midpoint on one of these and the top edge, and you just want to cut right there. You're not going to have even triangles. You're going to have one a little bit longer and fatter than the other. That's okay. These don't all need to look the same. You want to take these and put them to the side. Grab your next crescent and do the exact same thing. They don't always have to be the same size, but when you're cutting these, it might help if you have just 2 different sizes. That way when you're making the crescents, it can go a lot smoother. Always keep your fingers out of the way when cutting. You don't want to ruin your party by having to make a trip to the emergency room. There's a saying if you haven't cut yourself or burned yourself in the kitchen, that you're not doing something right. Try to keep that to a minimum. You don't always want to be right. There you go.
